Who we are
This site is run by Good Cards.
Your design
Each design is created by AI from your answers and, if you add one, your photo. Every design is unique, so we can’t promise exactly what it will look like, but you see the finished design before you pay and can ask for a new idea up to 2 times.
AI artwork can contain small imperfections, and a likeness drawn from a photo is an illustration, not a photograph. Please check the design, the spelling of names and your message carefully before ordering, because we print exactly what you approve.
Printed colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen.

Cancelling and refunds
Because every card is personalised and printed to order, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply once you’ve ordered. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help before it’s printed.
This doesn’t affect your legal rights. If your card arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or doesn’t arrive, tell us and we’ll reprint it or refund you.
