How much does a card cost?
A 7×5″ card is £8.99 and an A4 big card is £12.99. Both include an envelope and UK delivery. Faster delivery is £1.50 extra.
Are the designs made with AI?
Yes. Our AI designs each card from scratch using your answers, and your photo if you add one, with the greeting lettered into the artwork. Nothing comes from a template, so every card is a one-off made just for them.
What’s the difference between a template and a custom design?
A template is a ready-made look, like a bobblehead, a snow globe or a cake topper. You add their photo and greeting, and we swap them in while keeping the rest of the design just as you see it. It’s the quickest way to make a card. A custom design starts from scratch: you tell us about them, their interests and the feeling you want, and we create a completely one-off card around them.
What if I don’t like the design?
You see the finished design before you pay. If it isn’t quite right, ask for a completely new idea, up to 2 times. You only pay for the card you choose.
Do I need to add a photo?
For a custom design it’s optional: add one and we’ll draw them, or their pet, right into the scene, or leave it out and we’ll design around everything you tell us about them. Most templates need a photo, because they star the person themselves, but our balloon-letter cards don’t need one at all.
What happens to my photo?
We never store it. It stays in your browser and is only used while your design is being created, then discarded.
Can you post it straight to them?
Yes. We print your message inside and post it to them in a sealed envelope. Or choose “send it to me” and we’ll post it to you with a spare envelope, so you can write it and hand it over yourself.
How long does delivery take?
We print your card and post it with Royal Mail. Standard delivery (2nd class) usually takes 2–3 working days, and faster delivery (1st class) usually arrives the next working day. Allow a little extra time for printing.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. For now we deliver to UK addresses only.
